Flip text horizontally into mirror writing, reverse the characters, or turn it upside down — copy and paste ready.

Mirror text is writing that reads correctly only when held up to a mirror — the trick Leonardo da Vinci famously used in his notebooks. This generator does it two ways: it reverses the order of your characters, and where Unicode provides a mirrored glyph it swaps the letter for its reflected twin, so the result genuinely looks flipped rather than simply written backwards.
People use mirror text for T-shirt and vinyl transfers (which must be printed reversed), heat-press and iron-on designs, tattoo mock-ups, puzzle and escape-room clues, secret notes, and stylised social media bios. The extra modes — reversed word order and reversed line order — are handy for flipping lists, lyrics or poems without retyping them.
A caveat: Unicode has mirrored forms for many but not all letters, so a few characters will appear unmirrored in the output. If you need a perfect reflection for print, use the reversed-character output and flip the image horizontally in your design software. Everything here runs locally in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded.
