This free receipt generator builds a simple itemised receipt in seconds. Add your business name and address, a receipt number and date, then list the line items with quantity and unit price. Subtotal, tax and grand total are calculated as you type, and the finished receipt renders in classic monospaced till-roll format.
A valid receipt needs five things: who issued it, when, what was bought, how much tax was charged, and the total paid. This tool covers all five, which is enough for expense claims, petty cash records, market stalls, tutoring sessions and small service jobs.
